    Basic Salary offer: SGD 850 (FREE FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION)

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Female/Male
    • 22 - 35 yrs old
    • Graduate of BS Physical Therapist
    • With PRC License
    • With atleast 1 year experience in patient care

    List of Requirements:

    • Resume
    • College Diploma
    •  Transcript of Record
    • RLE (Related Learning Experience)
    • Board Certificate
    • Board Rating with breakdown of grades
    • PRC License (front and back, make sure to sign at the back)
    • Certificate of Employment (from past to present work)
    • Passport (whole copy with signature)
    • PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
    • Passport Size Picture (white background-formal attire) 8pcs-upon reporting in our office.
