TOTAL CLIENT SATISFACTION can only be achieved once an organization provides optimum quality of services. This statement governs the desire and intention of OTAIPMC to serve its numerous clients. Foremost to these services are the recruitment and deployment of highly-qualified overseas workers.

Looking for the Right People. Advertisements, referrals and the use of the existing manpower pooling list of the agency constitute the strategic recruitment approach of OTAIPMC. Once a manpower mobilization request from the employer/principal reaches the agency, it automatically advertises job openings in leading newspapers in the Philippines. Likewise, its present pool of overseas worker-applicants is a great aid in determining available manpower resources. To complement these methods of recruitment, OTAIPMC maintains hardworking and trusted referrers to look for applicants even in far-flung areas of the country.

Comprehensive Interviews. A series of interviews are conducted to comprehensively screen the applicants who intend to work abroad. The preliminary interview determines the truthfulness of credentials of records of performance the applicants bring with them. Moreover, this interview focuses on the behavioral/attitudinal dimension of the applicants since OTAIPMC firmly believes that personal values and appropriate work attitude must complement the skill/competence of any worker for him to fully deliver and perform.

After such preliminary interview, the technical interview follows that mainly concentrates on the expertise of the applicants – their ability to perform the job. To fully determine their fitness to provide the work service needed, they are subjected to trade testing, and training, as well, if found needed.

The final interview is then conducted to discuss details about the job and the terms and conditions of the employment. This interview also confirms the information gathered during the first two phases of the comprehensive interviews.

With this kind of screening process, only the best men in the field are taken in for final selection of the employer/principal.

Fitness to Work. The screening process of OTAIPMC is not limited to interviews alone. For the applicants to be marked FIT TO WORK, trade testing and training are restored under the auspices of government-accredited trade testing and training centers. Likewise, documents and other credentials are required to be submitted including clearances form government security agencies (e.g. National Bureau of Investigation, Philippine National Police) to determine criminal liabilities, if any; licenses to practice profession of trade (e.g. driver’s license, trade test certificates for skilled/semi-skilled workers, licenses form the Professional Regulations Commission in cases of engineers, architects, doctors, nurses, therapists and the like, etc.); educational and training records (e.g. diploma, transcript of records, training certificates); employment certifications to identify length of professional of trade practice; and other pertinent documents or records.

Comprehensive and reliable medical and physical examinations are also undertaken by each of the applicant to determine the readiness of the said workers to perform the job off-country. Said examinations are conducted by government-certified and accredited medical clinics.

Documentation and Liaisoning Services. OTAIPMC boasts of systematic and efficient documentation of the selected applicants. It maintains well-equipped processing and documentation officers to assist all workers in fulfilling government requirements prior to deployment. They leave no stone unturned in terms of complying to said liaison requirements in time for the workers’ deployment as needed by the employers.

Liaisoning with government institutions and other entities poses no problem with OTAIPMC since it has a very dependable and effective liaison officer who can handle all compliances and problems relative to said requirements that may hinder the processing of documents.

Available Workers Once Needed. OTAIPMC guarantees all its current employers and would-be employers of speedy documentation of workers for them to be readily available once needed. The agency also guarantees that all workers under its wings can be depended upon and that any problem pertinent to their employment can be easily remedied.
